I’ve got out of office work today. Hopefully when they say they’re going to be done with the workshop at 5:30 they mean it. Seeing as I woke up this morning, forgot to put the alarm on snooze…idiot. But I can definitely make up for it after work if I finish that early.

I’ve been eating a lot of salad lately. It feels good! With a protein shake in the morning and when I get back from work.
This morning at gym: 3 reps of 30 leg presses at 115lbs 3 reps of 40 weighted crunches at 70lbs 3 reps of 20 bicep curls at 10lbs 2 reps per side of 20 lower abdominal twists at 35lbs
25min HIIT running: 3.6km (-183cals)

Night folks. Got gym in the morning. My arms and shoulders are killing me from Saturdays strength workout. Worth it!
Saturday went like: Strength training on abs, thighs, arms and shoulders. Followed by 20min of HIIT - 3.2km - 170cals burnt. (after a week of no gym)
Hitting the gym in the morning. Pretty sure I’ve cleared all my wasp sting venom (4 hits and I felt like death for three days). Starting a new training schedule on Tuesday, not as mental as the last one - it’s smarter.
Meaning I’m not piling the cardio on like a crazy person. Basically so I don’t have to run for ages and ages - it was doing my bad knee and ankle in...
