I’ve got out of office work today. Hopefully when they say they’re going to be done with the workshop at 5:30 they mean it. Seeing as I woke up this morning, forgot to put the alarm on snooze…idiot. But I can definitely make up for it after work if I finish that early.

Night folks. Got gym in the morning. My arms and shoulders are killing me from Saturdays strength workout. Worth it! Saturday went like: Strength training on abs, thighs, arms and shoulders. Followed by 20min of HIIT - 3.2km - 170cals burnt. (after a week of no gym)
