Sadly there is no such thing as spot reduction. However if they’re stating to get bigger then do more low resistance cardio, so running or cycling but on a low setting. Other than that maybe some pilates specifically targeted at your legs to help build muscle that’ll aid in burning off excess fat.
Also depending on the width of your hips you may or may not achieve a thigh gap or have one as wide as you’d like.
